General Policies
Product Availability: We make every effort to provide our customers with the finest and highest quality products in our gift basket designs and gourmet shop. We reserve the right to substitute any and all items with that of equal or greater value than the item pictured or described. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any requests, comments or concerns. Dietary concerns? Let us know we'll make every effort to accommodate special requests. Shipping Policies We strive to ship our orders within 2-3 days of receipt of your order (holidays and peak times of the year may be exceptions), provided full payment has been received and verified.
We use United State Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Overnight delivery is available at an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.
Delivery service is often NOT available in many areas on Sundays or legal holidays. So, while every effort will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible, items requested for delivery on a Sunday or legal holiday may be delivered the day before or day after the date requested, if necessary.
We do not ship any gift baskets containing wines or beer due to local ordinances. These baskets may be ordered for pick up or local delivery within the Mobile Metro and Eastern Shore areas.
Local delivery charge is $10.00 for Mobile and $20.00 for Spanish Fort, Daphne, Montrose or Fairhope. All others call for quote.
Shipping Policies
To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Order Cancellation Policies
We accept cancellations if received within 24 hours prior to scheduled order shipment. LOSS-Will refund entire purchase price after receipt of letter signed by Addressee indicating item was never received. Letter CANNOT be dated earlier than 30 days after article was shipped.
Return Policies
Gourmet Galley stands behind its merchandise. All items are guaranteed.
If you are dissatisfied with an item, return it within 30 days from the shipping
date for an exchange or full refund. Merchandise must be in its original
packaging and condition. Include your order number and date of order. Please let
us know the reason for the return so we can better serve your needs in the
future.
